SHIPPING & DELIVERY

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Delivery with DHL within Germany takes one to three working days. If you place your order before 2pm (Mon-Fri), we will ship the goods on the same day.

Free shipping within Germany from an order of 40 euros, below that we charge 4.90 euros.
Cash on delivery plus 6 € and only possible in Germany.

Once we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking code. This allows you to track your shipment live at www.dhl.de.

For DHL shipping zone I we charge 17,- €
