GUIDELINES FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We check each of our goods for damage and completeness before shipment from our manufactory. Therefore, on most products you will find a quality control mark. Nevertheless, mistakes can also happen to us – or on the way to you.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of merchandise are excluded from return. Used water filter cartridges, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.
To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning the products.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:
– used water filter sets
– Products with obvious signs of use
– Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace that item with a new item of the same or refund the price. However, note our deadline of 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
