Arno is an industrial engineer and has been advising companies of all sizes on the digitization of business processes since 1999. He has been site manager of large digital agencies in Germany. For more than 15 years Arno has been teaching usability research and consulting as well as prototyping at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences and the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. It drives initiatives that are critical to our operations, significantly increasing our productivity. Arno likes to spend his free time sailing on the Elbe.
Oliver has been working in large companies as a leader in digital departments and international digital projects for almost 2 decades. As an executive in international entertainment groups, his interest in "sustainable, digital transformation" has grown steadily. In recent years, he has made a significant contribution to the high profile of the Sanquell brand. Oliver loves to spend his free time at and on the sea. When he's not in the office, we find him on Fehmarn.
